Predicting Seth Rollins vs. Randy Orton
The final build toward the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between Seth Rollins and Randy Orton occurred on Raw, and yet another stipulation was added. In addition to the RKO being banned and the match taking place inside a steel cage, Triple H ruled that Kane would act as the guardian of the gate to prevent further interference.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Who Will Leave Extreme Rules as World Champion?
Since winning the world title at WrestleMania 31 by cashing in his Money in the Bank contract, Rollins has certainly experienced some ups and downs. He has taken part in excellent matches against the likes of Neville and Dolph Ziggler, but WWE hasn't done a great job of establishing him as a legitimate champion.
Slimy, weasel-esque heels can have success since they are able to generate heat, but the impression should be given that Rollins is capable of handling things on his own every once in a while.
In addition to being constantly aided by J&J Security and The Authority, Rollins was made to look ridiculous by being fearful of Kane. While the Big Red Monster was once a force in WWE, he has been reduced to jobber status, yet Rollins has cowered in his presence on multiple occasions.
Also, Rollins took a pinfall loss to Roman Reigns in a tag team match prior to Extreme Rules, and while that could set the stage for a feud between them moving forward, it is an inexcusable booking decision prior to a pay-per-view.
Ring Rust Radio's Take
Despite how questionably Rollins has been booked as WWE world heavyweight champion, there is little doubt that he will win Sunday by hook or by crook and retain the title. It wouldn't make any sense to take the strap off him a month after he won it, and while Orton has been fairly entertaining since his face turn, he doesn't need the title at this point in his career.
Rollins certainly should retain, but the manner in which he does so is unlikely to help his credibility.
With Kane manning the cage and J&J Security lurking, it is obvious that the match will feature a ton of interference. Also, since Orton is banned from performing the RKO, it is conceivable that The Viper could lose a Steel Cage match by disqualification, which is tough to fathom.
Rollins and Orton have good in-ring chemistry and could put on a great match under most other circumstances, but their Extreme Rules clash figures to be a convoluted mess with Rollins ultimately escaping as champion.

Predicting John Cena vs. Rusev and Rest of Card
While Rollins and Orton will main event Extreme Rules, there are a few other matches on the card that are arguably more intriguing. Chief among them is the Russian Chain match between John Cena and Rusevwith the United States Championship on the line. The pay-per-view could very well mark the conclusion of a long-running feud, and due to a unique stipulation as well as unpredictability regarding the outcome, fans will certainly engrossed in this match.
Question on Everybody's Mind: How Will the Rest of the Card Shake Out?
As difficult as it may be to get excited about Cena and his matches due to the relative staleness of his character, WWE has managed to breathe new life into the Cena brand since WrestleMania 31.
There is no question that the 15-time world champion has breathed new life into the United States Championship with his open challenges, and he has been much more palatable in the midcard. At the same time, WWE has to be careful not to squander what it has spent so much time building in the form of Rusev.
The U.S. title may be more interesting and important in Cena's possession, but Rusev needs it far more desperately since it is a prime source of his heat. Also, rising stars have lost series of matches to Cenafar too often over the years for no apparent reason, and it wouldn't be wise to add Rusev to that list. The Bulgarian Brute is an excellent athlete with an ability to draw the disdain of fans. If he loses to Cenaonce again, though, that heat could go away very quickly.
Ring Rust Radio's Take
There is certainly cause for concern among those who want Rusev to win since he has dominated Cena over the past two weeks. WWE can protect Cena with some interference to set the stage for his next feud, however, which is why Rusev will come out on top and take back the title.
In addition to that undercard match, Roman Reigns and Big Show will do battle in a Last Man Standing match. After getting knocked down the card in the wake of his loss at WrestleMania 31, all signs point toward Reigns getting back on track by beating the World's Largest Athlete.
Sheamus and Dolph Ziggler are set to meet in an unconventional Kiss Me Arse match. It is a contest that the Celtic Warrior can't afford to lose since he is trying to establish himself as a top heel, but that doesn't mean that Ziggler will pucker up. Look for Neville to make the save after the match, which will then set up a rivalry between the Man That Gravity Forgot and Sheamus.
Other matches include Dean Ambrose versus Luke Harper, Divas champion Nikki Bella against Naomi and Tyson Kidd and Cesaro defending the Tag Team Championships in a bout with The New Day. Look for Ambrose, Naomi and Kidd and Cesaro to come out on the winning end at Extreme Rules.

RRR Interview with The Miz and Summer Rae
In addition to being a former WWE champion and WrestleMania maineventer, The Miz has established himself as an accomplished actor in recent years. After his success in The Marine 3: Homefront, he once again plays the lead role in the newly released The Marine 4: Moving Target.
For the first time ever, though, he was joined by a Diva, as WWE cast Summer Rae as his co-star. Both Miz and Summer continue to make strides as both sports entertainers and actors, and they joined Ring Rust Radio to discuss their projects.
Question on Everybody's Mind: What's Next for Miz and Summer?
WWE Films productions tend to have a lot of turnover in terms of who is cast in the movies, but Miz changed that with The Marine 4: Moving Target. He became the first Superstar to be cast in the same role in consecutive movies, and he has become synonymous with The Marine brand. That is something that The Miz holds very close to his heart.
"It was a huge honor to be asked to do The Marine once again. We know John Cena did the first, Ted DiBiase did the second and I did the third," Miz said. "Then to be asked to come back and do the fourth—I couldn't believe it.
"Any time you do a movie with the name marine in it, you have a huge pressure put on your shoulder. Those are real heroes over in war zones, sacrificing their lives, being away from their family and friends, and here I am being an actor portraying them. It's a huge honor, and I hope I make them proud and entertain them and they enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it."
Much like John Cena, The Miz has become a go-to guy for WWE when it comes to outside projects, and he embraces that responsibility. He is arguably the hardest-working person in the company, and that is quite apparent in The Marine 4: Moving Target.
Ring Rust Radio's Take
From a WWE perspective, The Miz was involved in one of the most entertaining storylines of the past several months with his former stunt double, Damien Mizdow. The Miz defeated his former employee on Raw to retain the Miz brand with a little help from Summer Rae, who turned on Mizdow during the match.
Although they wouldn't reveal their plans moving forward, Miz didn't rule out a potential alliance with his The Marine 4: Moving Target co star.
"You never know what's going to happen in the WWE, and that's the best part of being a WWE Superstar," Miz said. "You get there on Monday for Raw or Thursday for SmackDown, and who knows what's going to happen? It's live TV, so you never really know."
Summer chimed in as well and suggested that the fans' disdain for her and Miz could make them a great pairing.
"You never really know, so we will see," she said. "Hey, I tell you, they hate me, they hate you, and we might as well join forces."
Few WWE Superstars are able to garner more heat than The Miz, and Summer ranks highly in that regard among the Divas as well.
They showed an incredible amount of chemistry in The Marine 4: Moving Target, and it is tough to imagine a partnership between them being anything short of successful in WWE.
